No, not an automated one. You know how touched you are when a real person calls you to remind you about your teeth cleaning appointment?

Well, my idea is to sell that service, for, say $1 a call. Then get a bunch of stay-at-home moms in Utah to buy a VOIP kit and route calls to them via a web-based work order system. They'll make 25-35 cents a call, which works out to $40-60 an hour. Those calls seldom even take a full minute.

It might integrate nicely, too, with some of the reminder service ideas I've heard about from colleagues lately. (Should I publish a link?)
